The decision to embark on a therapeutic journey is not always easy, and finding the right therapist can be challenging. I believe that therapy is an opportunity to gain insight about ourselves and our experiences in a safe space. When we develop intentional awareness and compassion about our experiences, we feel empowered to choose a healthier and fulfilling life.
My approach is holistic and centered around your individual needs to help you lead the life you want. As your therapist, I will honor your autonomy and trust as we collaborate on ways to work toward your goals. I believe growth can occur in many forms in a trusted space, and I will strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment for you. I will be a support as you talk through your concerns, process what you are experiencing, and find your authentic way forward. It is my honor to be alongside you in your healing journey.
