I am so glad you found us at Canton Counseling!
Taking action to find a therapist is such a significant first step. Counseling doesn’t have to feel intimidating.
If you or your child are struggling during difficult times, I can help. Anxiety, stress, depression, and anger are all reactions that can be challenging in our daily lives. We all have an opportunity to improve our lives, adjust our perspective and be the best version of ourselves.
I am here to help with that – by providing tangible action items to implement daily. I believe counseling is a collaborative process, and I will honor personal experiences and perspectives while appropriately giving feedback and insight.
My job as a counselor is to show up judgment free, with curiosity, empathy, and acceptance.
I utilize proven practices that address mental health issues, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and person-centered therapies. My clients are in charge of their lives, and I strive to empower them to use their strengths.
This clinician is under the direct supervision of Kristen Fraser, LPC. Please direct any questions or concerns to kristen@cantoncounseling.com.
