Life consists of moments and experiences that can prompt numerous emotional, behavioral, and mental reactions. These reactions can feel surprising and confusing; therefore, I desire to create a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore and learn to understand their lived experiences.
I believe every person is unique and that their perspective on life matters. Therefore, I approach counseling from a curious and holistic perspective, aiming to truly understand each individual I encounter. I consider who my clients are as individuals as I implement therapeutic tools and approaches to empower them as they strive to reach their personal goals.
My approach to counseling is collaborative. I work alongside my clients as a supporter, cheerleader, facilitator, and guide. While I will provide my clients with tools they can use as they grow toward their goals, my ultimate goal is to empower them to take more control over their lives as they pursue wellness.

As your therapists, what are Canton Counseling’s goals for you?
Our goal is to provide a safe place to work through whatever is standing in the way of you being the best person you can be. We believe that while our clients are working hard, we are there to be people that challenges them to dig deeper and a cheerleader to give them the encouragement to continue to move forward.
