I know that therapy can be intimidating, but that should not be a barrier to finding the help and support you need. A strong alliance is foundational for therapeutic success, and I accomplish this by offering a non-judgmental, safe space where that intimidation is stripped away. I empathize with those who have been thrown off course due to the pitfalls of life. I desire to journey with those individuals and ultimately lead them toward hope and healing. I am passionate about giving others a voice and the courage to tell their story.
I aim to view each client holistically and desire to work with those facing anxiety, depression, grief, religious and spiritual wounds, and other concerns. Through the healing power of mindfulness, a strengths-focused approach, and positive psychology, my goal is to help my clients cultivate growth, nurture optimism, and experience peace.
Theoretical Orientation: Positive Psychology, Strengths-Based Therapy & Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCBT).

As your therapists, what are Canton Counseling’s goals for you?
Our goal is to provide a safe place to work through whatever is standing in the way of you being the best person you can be.
