Breona Spear, Graduate Counseling Student
Private Pay/Reduced Rate Only
I am a purpose-driven professional. My ultimate goal is to promote the will of choice and the will to reach your higher self. I am a Cum Laude graduate from Albany State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I am a recent graduate of Capella University in the Marriage and Family Therapy Counseling Program. I have 3 plus years of experience working with individuals, children/teens, couples, and families in therapy. I have served in the field of social work for 6 plus years. I have helped clients navigate therapeutic journeys surrounding family therapy, trauma therapy, mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, and behavioral modifications.
I will serve as the tourist on your journey while you serve as my tour guide. I will ask questions about the path you are taking and may bring some things to your attention you may not have seen. It is to challenge your lens and clear your path to the destination of your choice. The answers to your issues are there, and I would be excited to find those with you.
Theoretical Orientation: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Systemic Family Therapy, Solution Focused and Trauma Informed Therapy.

As your therapists, what are Canton Counseling’s goals for you?
Our goal is to provide a safe place to work through whatever is standing in the way of you being the best person you can be.
