Life does not come with a “How To” manual and we ALL could use some guidelines and instructions to understand and overcome life’s challenges.
I encourage and engage in open, honest communication that is facilitated in a non-judgmental, unconditional, and supportive environment. My goal is to offer a safe place to explore your history, understand your emotions, and assess your behavior (actions and reactions). Utilizing my orientation which is based in the foundations of cognitive behavioral therapy, I will help guide you toward steps of enlightenment (those “ah-ha” moments), which lead to behavioral changes and allow you to feel more confident and secure about your life choices.
Through my experience working with clients who have faced similar challenges in the areas of depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and elderly parent issues, I have been able to assist in fostering personal growth. My hope is to guide you to a path of healthy emotions, behaviors, and choices to see you breathe, soar, and live a fulfilling life!
