If you struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, feelings of unworthiness, poor relationships…I can help you. If you struggle with addictions such as alcohol and/or drugs…I can help you.
My experience over the years of providing therapy to individuals has afforded me the ability to truly make a difference in people’s lives. I help people see a fresh new way of looking at themselves which helps individuals to begin their first step towards change.
My goal is to support you in developing skills and strategies to help your relationships be healthier and happier, not only with others, but with yourself.
I have come to believe that everything is about relationships and the decisions we make in navigating them. What seems to get in our way of making the best decision in our relationships is fear. Let me help you understand your fear(s) and how not to let them continue to get in your way!
